My 3BR apartment with 140 sqm in use, has opened great view to city, comes with an internal area built with all high-grade facilities in order to serve for the residents’ living demands such as: gym, swimming pool. It takes only 5 minutes (by taxi) to the Ben Thanh Market , District 1 and the center of Ho Chi Minh City. GOLD VIEW has beautiful city view, especially Bitexco Financial Tower - the head building of Vietnam, which is celebrated events of fireworks. For transportation, Gold View Building is near the biggest metro of Vietnam. It is easy to take a bus, a taxi, especially Grab/Uber with very cheap price. For food & beverage & entertainment, there are many 24h-mini shops, bars, pubs, restaurents... around, so all guest’s demands are satisfied. About the building conveniences, GOLD VIEW has: -2 swimming pool (1 rooftop pool (5-star standard) and the biggest pool in Ho Chi Minh City) -Super modern GYM -Children’s play area -BBQ area -Running area -Hanging Garden of Babylon All is free of charge. The most important, GOLD VIEW Apartment has 24h security and helpful reception.
