Everything was so great at this beautiful Homestay, we feel super fortunate to have been able to meet this wonderful family! The beds are so comfy and the breakfast here is so awesome, definitely one of our best stays in Southeast Asia over the last 3 months! Also their food for dinner is such a fair price and we were served huge portions! Perfect location to explore the surrounding area via free bicycles or fairly priced motorbikes! We will be back!

The room was very spacious, and comfortable with everything we needed. The outside common area and restaurant was great, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy fantastic home cooked food. It was a great surprise we booked it last minute in bank holiday, the photos don't show a great view which hotel has and they don't show the swimming pool ,which we absolutely loved!!! Everything was great and the people who run it were very friendly and helpful. They helped us to rent the bike and sort out many things. The only thing is the chairs around the pool could be more comfortable :)

Amazing place to stay in Ninh Binh. Jasmine, the owner and manager, is lovely and SO helpful. She woke up at 05:00 to receive me after a long ride on a night bus and make sure I had everything to be comfortable and enjoy the most of Ninh Binh. I did a motorbike tour with her dad, which was great and very safe, and her mum is a great cook. Also, her sister took me on her motorbike to the city so that I could get my bus to the north on my last day. Such a friendly family! The place is amazing and it even has a lovely swimming pool. The room was very clean and big. Actually, Jasmine left me choose a bigger room than the one I had paid for. The location is just nearby the Bai Dinh Pagoda — the biggest complex of Buddhist temples in Ninh Binh and also for the whole of Southeast Asia. A stunning place. Highly recommended stay.
