My stay at Sol Villa was perfect! From the moment I booked until checkout, Linh was available for anything I needed via WhatsApp. The house was immaculate, the room was spacious & private and the breakfast & coffee were delicious! She even invited me to try her homemade noodles for dinner one night! Location was great, right between old town and the beach so both are easily accessible by bike (10-15 min), motor bike (5 min) or walking. Linh was super helpful with recommendations for restaurants, booking my tours and car service for my arrival and departure. Her sister works at a local tailor and made me a few outfits too! What a wonderful find this was! I stayed for 3 weeks here and was so sad to leave. The owner, Linh, is so friendly and she is always there in person or on WhatsApp if you need anything. She also cooks delicious breakfasts for the entire house and will take care of your laundry and give you a free bicycle as well. It’s about a 10-minute ride into town. I loved the pool on the roof and the calm street with some nice little cafes nearby. Another great thing about Sol’s Villa is that it’s a new house so the quality of the furniture and shower space in each room is high not like many other places with older furniture. The air conditioning also works very well! Many people I met at Sol’s Villa were back for their second time - always a good sign of a quality place!

The hotel is located in a quiet location and my room was spacious and clean. The owner makes a fabulous breakfast, including local noodle dishes. I stayed three days and used the free bikes to cycle to the Old Town, about 15 minutes. I used the pool on my last day. The pool was refreshing on a humid day. The owner also let me check out of my room at 4 pm without charging me. I asked about a massage and a local woman came to my room and gave me a lovely massage. Highly recommended!

This is a gem in Hoi An! The villa is tucked away in a small alley so there’s little to no noise. It’s also opposite to Winmart, a convenience store, so it’s easy to buy necessary items. The room is big and very comfy. The hosts are super nice and friendly. Mrs Linh and her husband helped me a lot with my requests, from renting a scooter, doing my laundry, and arranging a car to the airport for a reasonable fee. Thank you very much!

Very nice place, i love the way sofa become a bed, we all ( 3ppl) had a happy time with movies. The swimming pool on 4th floor and you can see rice fields from there, best place to enjoy the sunset.

This has been our favourite place we have stayed in Vietnam. The area isn't too touristy, but still has lots of great places to eat and close cycle into the old town. Lynn the Owner upgraded our room free of charge which was a lovely surprise. We also had the pool to ourselves one afternoon. I would recommend staying here when you are in Hoi An!
