Royal stay at the lovely manor . Located in a quiet corner near unawatuna this place is a slice of heaven . Pictures don't do enough justice to the place . Lovely pool , vintage cars, high ceilings roof, grand bathroom , comfortable rooms . The property has been well maintained and the caretakers are super friendly and accommodate all the requests. Food is prepared by their inhouse chef on demand and is delicious. Hospitality is bang on. The property has four rooms but we were the only ones there during our stay so extra pampering by the staff and added luxury for us. Must stay place !

The view of the front beach from my room was absolutely breathtaking, offering a serene backdrop for my time there. And its definitely value for the rate. Overall, my stay at Villa Reef Talpe was nothing short of wonderful. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the beach with excellent service.

There were great restaurants to Tuk Tuk to for amazing dinner which were less than 3km away! The pools to swim in, in front of the villa were great and there was a lovely calm bay.
