During our eight months in Thailand, we visited the Phi Phi Islands on a day trip and also came by ferry from Krabi and slept there. Even with mass tourism, we still enjoyed our time in the Islands, including the famous Maya Bay.
Remember: Phi Phi Islands are one of the most visited islands in Thailand – and rightfully so! They are stunning! If you have the time and can afford to stay there at least overnight and maybe not in the busiest area, we highly recommend it.
